IND vs NZ: Radha's Lone Fight Goes in Vain; Kiwis Clinch 2nd ODI

India's Radha Yadav put up a valiant fight with a half-century, but it wasn't enough to prevent New Zealand from securing a victory in the second One-Day International (ODI).

Chasing a target of 273 runs, India fell short by 22 runs. Radha's knock of 50 runs off 48 balls, which included five boundaries, was the lone bright spot in India's batting.

New Zealand's openers, Suzie Bates and Lauren Down, provided a solid start for their team, putting on a partnership of 101 runs for the first wicket.

Bates top-scored for the Kiwis with 68 runs off 80 balls, while Down contributed 47 runs off 55 balls.

Amelia Kerr continued her impressive form with a quickfire 47 runs off 34 balls, which included four boundaries and one six.

India's bowling attack struggled to contain New Zealand's batters, with only Rajeshwari Gayakwad managing to pick up two wickets.

Despite Radha's heroics, India's batting lineup failed to fire consistently.

Only Yastika Bhatia (26) and Pooja Vastrakar (25) managed to cross the 20-run mark, leaving India well short of the target.

New Zealand's victory levels the three-match ODI series at 1-1, with the decider scheduled to be played on February 12.
