German high school students in Langwedel join "Christmas in a Shoebox"
Students from OBS Langwedel pack gifts for children in need
Students from OBS Langwedel have once again taken part in the "Christmas in a Shoebox" campaign. The campaign, which has been running for over 20 years, collects and distributes gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need around the world. This year, the students from Langwedel packed over 100 shoeboxes with toys, clothes, and other items.
The students were excited to be able to help children in need.
"It's great to know that we're making a difference in the lives of these children," said one student. "We hope that our gifts will bring them some joy during the Christmas season." The shoeboxes will be distributed to children in over 100 countries around the world. The students from Langwedel are proud to be a part of this global effort to help children in need.
The campaign is a great way to teach students about the importance of giving back to the community.
