Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift to launch in India on November 11: Variants, features, engine and more details
Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the updated version of the Dzire subcompact sedan in India on November 11, 2022. The car has been spied testing multiple times and the latest set of images reveal most of the design changes. The Dzire facelift is expected to get a number of cosmetic updates, new features and a more powerful engine.
The Dzire facelift will get a redesigned front fascia with a new grille, bumper and headlamps. The car will also get new alloy wheels and a revised rear bumper. On the inside, the Dzire facelift is expected to get a new dashboard, steering wheel and upholstery. The car will also get a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Under the hood, the Dzire facelift is expected to get a new 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine that produces 90PS of power and 113Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The Dzire facelift will also get a CNG variant that will be powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. The CNG variant will produce 77PS of power and 98Nm of torque.
The Dzire facelift is expected to be priced between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 9 lakh (ex-showroom). The car will rival the likes of the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze and Tata Tigor.
