VfB Stuttgart To Face FC 08 Villingen Without Pascal Stenzel, Nikolas Nartey, Josha Vagnoman, Mohamed Sankoh

Stuttgart’s VfB Coach Bruno Labbadia rules out several players for the DFB Cup match against FC 08 Villingen.

VfB Stuttgart will have to do without Pascal Stenzel, Nikolas Nartey, Josha Vagnoman, and Mohamed Sankoh in the DFB Cup match against FC 08 Villingen on Friday.

Coach Bruno Labbadia announced this at the pre-match press conference on Tuesday. Stenzel is still struggling with knee problems, while Nartey has not yet recovered from an ankle injury. Vagnoman is out with a foot injury, and Sankoh is suspended after being sent off in the Bundesliga match against Union Berlin.

Labbadia said that he would have to make some changes to his team for the match against Villingen. "We have a few players out, so we will have to rotate a bit," he said. "But I am confident that we can put out a strong team and win the match.

VfB Stuttgart are the favorites for the match against Villingen, who play in the fourth division of German football. However, Labbadia warned his team not to underestimate their opponents.

"Villingen are a good team," he said. "They have won their last two matches and they will be full of confidence. We will have to be at our best to beat them."

The match between VfB Stuttgart and FC 08 Villingen will be played at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Stuttgart on Friday, August 12, at 18:30 CEST.
